Higher level data sets and analysis results can generally be accessed directly through the collaborative research data base and analysis component of BIS-Fogo.
To close the time gap between data collection and integration in the BIS-Fogo data base and to provide cite-able data sets for educational purposes, primary and some higher level data sets can also be found on our Zenodo repository, in the near future.
Software - generally R scripts or Java - can be accessed through our GitHub repository. The software is generally intended for and developed as part of the educational activities of BIS-Fogo. In addition, some of the scripts have been written for initial data analysis during field campaigns or as blueprints for algorithms that have been or will be implemented in the BIS-Fogo data base and analysis component.
